StrengthsFinder Known as Clifton Strengths This assessment tool is designed to help individuals identify their unique talents and strengths. It identifies 34 different talent themes, such as Achiever, Empathy, Strategic, etc.. It helps individuals understand how they can leverage these strengths in various aspects of their personal and professional lives.

On-Purpose Presenter A methodology created by Dr. Michelle Mazur to help individuals become more effective and impactful presenters. It focuses on aligning the content and delivery of presentations with one's purpose, values, and audience needs, enabling speakers to connect more authentically and meaningfully with their audience.

DISC A behavioral assessment tool based on the work of psychologist William Moulton Marston. It categorizes behavior into four main personality traits: Dominance, Influence, Steadiness, and Conscientiousness. The assessment helps individuals understand their behavioral preferences and communication styles, as well as how to better interact with others who may have different styles.

VIA Character Strengths These strengths include kindness, perseverance, creativity, and leadership. The assessment aims to help individuals recognize and cultivate their signature strengths to lead more fulfilling and meaningful lives.

Myers-Briggs Type Indicator The MBTI is a personality assessment based on Carl Jung's theory of psychological types. It categorizes individuals into one of 16 personality types based on preferences in four dichotomies: Extraversion vs. Introversion, Sensing vs. Intuition, Thinking vs. Feeling, and Judging vs. Perceiving. The MBTI is often used for self-awareness, team building, and career development.

Working Genius A framework that identifies six different types of "genius" or natural inclinations that people have in the workplace: wonder, Invention, Discernment, Galvanizing, Enablement, and Tenacity. The assessment helps individuals understand their areas of strength and weakness to improve team dynamics and productivity

Insights Discovery A personality assessment tool . It categorizes individuals into four color energies: Fiery Red, Sunshine Yellow, Earth Green, and Cool Blue, representing different personality preferences and communication styles. The assessment is used for personal development, team building, and improving interpersonal relationships.
